With a BA Hons in Art and Design and then working for 20 years as an Art and Design teacher, I moved to Cranleigh with my husband and two children and set up a beautiful studio at the bottom of the garden.
My primary aim was to start a creative sustainable business that I could fit in around family life. I have always loved working with wood, so the idea of wooden bespoke signs was perfect. I adore the lettering and textures found on the sides of advertising walls in France and I wanted to recreate that rustic look in my work.
All the signs are hand painted (or stencilled individual letters if requested). Please not that I do not do any engraving or laser cutting work.
Allowing me to be a little bit more creative than just lettering, the products can be made to order and to the clients individual design.
